The cutup technique is a form of making art that was mastered by William S. Burroughs, and Brion Gysin. It introduces a random factor into the creation of the art piece through a random cut of the scissors.
I take random images from magazines and cut and paste them till they "fit together" making a brand new image.
You can begin to make art at any point in your life with little to no experience. Just take whatever materials you have and get creative with them. Whatever one creates is the essence of art itself.
